Most of you are probably unaware that knoop.org has moved to a new server. The old server, affectionally known as peppie, has served knoop.org and several other domains without problem for years.
While I did move all email aliases to the new server, I will be contacting those who are getting free email address redirects to see if you are still using it.
For those technical minded people, peppie was a dual Pentium II running at 450MHz, a whopping 512MB of ram and 4 9.1GB U2W SCSI drives in RAID 5. The server has been on for just over 5 years and had only operating system reinstall out of curiosity, not necessity. Fedora Linux was the operating system used to run qmail, tinydns, Apache and MySQL. Below is a system snapshop just prior to permanently shutting peppie down.
